We grew up in Rajasthani homes where snacking wasn’t just an in-between thing — it was culture. From crispy bhujia at breakfast to namkeen with chai ☕, snacks were our happy place.
But as health-conscious millennials, we hit a wall. Every grocery store snack — Indian or western — came with the same problems:
❌ Palm oil overload
❌ Preservatives & additives
❌ Too much fat, too little nutrition
❌ No Fibre, Bad for Gut
& every snack which claimed to be healthy
❌ Not tasty
❌ Still not healthy
Basically, tasty or so-called healthy junk with a side of regret. 😩
